1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SimonAI ("Service"), including our SMS ordering service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

SimonAI provides hotel guests with food ordering services, including:

  • In-room dining ordering through our web platform

  • SMS-based food ordering via text message

  • Order status notifications

3. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and placing an order, you consent to receive SMS messages from SimonAI, including:

  • Order confirmations

  • Order status updates (preparing, ready, delivered)

  • Responses to your text message inquiries

Message frequency varies based on your orders and inquiries. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact support@meetsimon.ai.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a registered guest at a participating hotel to use this Service.

5. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability and restaurant operating hours

  • Prices are displayed before checkout and include applicable taxes

  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted to the restaurant

  • Refunds for order issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis

6. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

  • Room number

  • Dietary restrictions and allergies

  • Contact information

7. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions and filter allergens based on your stated preferences, we cannot guarantee that menu items are free from allergens. If you have severe allergies, please contact the restaurant directly before ordering.

8. Privacy

Your personal information, including phone number, order history, and dietary preferences, is used solely to provide and improve our Service. We do not sell your information to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Limitation of Liability

SimonAI acts as an intermediary between you and participating restaurants. We are not liable for:

  • Food quality or preparation

  • Delivery delays beyond our control

  • Allergic reactions despite stated preferences

  • Restaurant closures or menu changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
